Boruto: new Key Visual designed by Ikemoto for the next anime saga

by Harry Brown

Studio Pierrot, to prevent the anime from getting too close to the manga of Boruto: Naruto the Next Generationshas added a considerable amount of filler episodes over the years to expand the narrative and deepen the ninja imagery of Masashi Kishimoto’s epic.

Despite the criticism for the excessive amount of filler episodes, on the other side of the coin it is true that these episodes have compensated for the shortcomings of the manga of Boruto which has ended. too focused solely on the protagonist e Kawaki. Starting from episode 261, expected to debut on August 7, 2022, a new saga entitled ‘Kawaki: Himawari Ninja Academy‘, in which the young man will enroll in the same school as Boruto’s little sister.

This new round of filler bets was anticipated by one new official Key Visual, the same that you can admire at the bottom of the news, which portrays Kawaki and Himawari. This promotional image, however, was made for the occasion by Mikio Ikemotothe draftsman of the paper counterpart of the story.

We take this opportunity to remind you that Boruto chapter 72 will not be released this month on Manga Plus since the comic has taken a small break from serialization. The series, in fact, will return with a new issue in the August release. And you, what do you expect from this new saga? Let us know with a comment below.
