There has been talk for a long time about Goten and Trunks’ particular growth in Dragon Ball Supermidquel that put the two young Saiyans on the sidelines, also leaving them with very childish features despite the age being very similar to that of Gohan during the Cell saga. The new film of the saga took care of it.
In Dragon Ball Super: Super Hero, Goten and Trunks underwent a design change, getting a teen look. Clothes changed, face a little more mature even if always as a kid and therefore in general a breath of fresh air that fans of the series have been waiting for a long time. Now that the film has been released in Japan, all that remains is to see them in this same form in the Dragon Ball Super manga.
It may take some time to review them, as the Cerelean Survivor’s arc will need to be completed first. However the illustrator and enthusiast Fenyo has done the best of him again, perfectly emulating Akira Toriyama’s style for realize Goten and Trunks who grew up in this fan art. With the same clothes seen in Dragon Ball Super: Super Hero, the two young heroes are ready to embark on an adventure and, why not, even in some battles.
