In 2001, an unknown Hiromu Arakawa made her big debut in a Square Enix magazine, a magazine that wasn’t well known at the time and didn’t have that many big names to use. It didn’t take much, however Fullmetal Alchemist to conquer the whole world. From the very first pages, the Elric brothers caused a sensation.
A transmutation that ended badly, a lot of philosophy and a desire to move forward and learn from one’s mistakes, a battle with the sound of alchemy and many mysteries intrigued in the span of a few chapters. Not by chance Fullmetal Alchemist is one of the most fascinating stories and which still remains fresh today. The story of the Elric brothers, looking for a way to recover their bodies after committing an alchemical sin, cannot fail to touch the reader.
Hunky Bananas and Lorentz iWood are two cosplayers who obviously care a lot about Hiromu Arakawa’s story. In their photos uploaded to Instagram there is indeed a cosplay of Edward and Alphonse Elric, together and ready to fight. And it has its automail on the right and the cape on the left side, while Alphonse was made with the most famous version, that is the one with the armor.
You can also remember Lust with this cosplay, while if you want to read the series there is the kanzenban edition of Fullmetal Alchemist in Italy.
