Mushoku Tensei: release date and news coming for the second season

In March 2022, during the event dedicated to the series Mushoku Tensei: Jobless Reincarnation The second season of the anime based on the light novels written by Rifujin na Magonote and drawn by Shirotaka has been officially announced. Important production updates have finally arrived, including a release period.

Considering the announcement of the production, already underway, in the first quarter of 2022 many fans of the adventure of Rudeus, reincarnated in the body of a boy and moved away from his old life by being transported to a world in perfect sword and sorcery style, they expected the return of the anime before the end of the year. However, it appears that production has had significant slowdowns as it has been confirmed that the second season will arrive in 2023.

Waiting to know the precise release date, at Italian midnight of 4 July 2023 a new promotional video will be released. Following the structure of the first season we can expect another 23 episodes, divided into two tranches, and the adaptation of ten other light novels in the best of cases. We recall in fact that the first season adapted the first ten volumes of the series signed by Rifujin na Magonote, and that currently the series consists of 25 light novels.
