ONE PIECE: RED, Uta Project continues in Vaundy’s new music video

ONE PIECE: RED, the fifteenth film based on the universe conceived by Eiichiro Oda, immediately managed to capture the attention of viewers, in particular for the involvement of Shanks the Red and his daughter Uta. The young singer also received an interesting project that will entertain fans until the film is released.

The Uta Project consists in the publication of numerous musical pieces, complete with videos, animations and references related to the film. On June 15, 2022, the first of these songs was released, Shinjidai, sung by Ado, a young Japanese celebrity who in the film plays Uta in the sections where she sings or performs on stage. Following the release of Watashi Wa Saikyo, translatable as “I Am Invincible”, by Mrs. Green Apple, Ado has returned to collaborate with Vaundy for “Gyakko”The new song released on July 6, 2022and which you can listen to in the video at the top of the page.

Accompanying the piece were Sohin’s stunning illustrations, .MP’s art direction and attention to design, and directed by Hironobu Nagasawa. In conjunction with the publication of Gyakko, the official ONE PIECE YouTube channel has also made public the third part of Uta’s diary, a nice way to get familiar with the character right away. It was later confirmed that Ado will still collaborate with many artists for the creation of ten exclusive songs, until August 24, 2022.
